Cancellation Policy
At ASP Spoken English & Computer, we strive to provide the best learning experience. However, if you need to cancel your registration, please review our cancellation terms below:
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to aspenglish4all@gmail.com.
- Cancellation requests made within 15 days of course enrollment will be eligible for a 100% refund.
- After 15 days, no refunds will be processed, but students may choose to transfer the course to a future batch (subject to availability).
Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.
- No refund is applicable once the course has started or the course material has been accessed.
- Refunds are not provided for partial attendance or missed classes.
- Special discounts or offers are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of genuine emergency, we may consider partial refunds or batch transfers at our discretion. Supporting documents may be required.
